Adolescence Awareness
Workshop
Empowering students (Classes 6-9) to navigate physical, emotional, and social changes with confidence. Available in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Delhi, and Mathura.
Why This Session is Crucial
Adolescence is a critical phase of physical, emotional, and psychological changes that can cause confusion and insecurity. This vulnerability, combined with increased internet use, curiosity about relationships, and social media exposure, heightens risks of misinformation, grooming, and exploitation.
Often, a generation gap creates communication barriers, leaving adolescents without reliable guidance. This session bridges these knowledge and communication gaps, providing accurate information about bodily changes, consent, and personal safety to foster healthy attitudes and responsible behavior.
"Many cases of children sexually abusing other children occur in this age group, often because they do not fully understand personal boundaries or consent."

Our Tools & Stories in Action
Visuals, Toolkits & Stories
We use a variety of tools, including interactive PPTs and take-home Body Safety Toolkits. The session often begins with a facilitator sharing a story, setting a safe tone. This is followed by a "story domino" activity, where children feel safe to share, building long-term trust and a safe environment.
