How will my small contribution make a difference?

While your individual donation may seem small, when combined with contributions from other donors, it can have a substantial collective impact. We rely on a large number of small donations to fund our projects, which adds up to creating a significant resource pool.

How can I donate?

You can directly donate through the Razorpay links mentioned on the Donation page. You can also pay us through UPI or Net Banking. But kindly email us the Transaction number, Name, Contact number, Pan Number and Aadhar Number for the tax exemption purpose.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes, all donations to BSTI are 50 percent tax-exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Tax Exemption is valid only in India.

What will my donation be used for?

95 Percent of your donations are used directly for funding our workshops, support groups, and counseling sessions. The rest goes into the administrative cost in terms of employing Interns.

Can I make a recurring donation?

Yes, you can do monthly donations directly from our website.

How do you maintain transparency of donations?

"1) You will be added to a WhatsApp group where you get constant updates on our work. 2) You will also get the monthly newsletter in the group, and personally on your registered email ID. 3) You will receive a Receipt of your donations, once every quarter. 4) You will receive the Tax exemption certificates annually. "

Is BSTI registered and accredited?

We are a public trust registered under Indian Trusts Act, of 1882. We have also been granted 12A and 80G certificates.

How do we raise funds?

Currently, we only raise funds through individual donations and fundraising events.
